CLOTHING POLICY

The Nepean Ringette Association introduced a Standard Off Ice clothing warm up suit starting with the 2007/2008 Ringette season. To support this new policy,  all competitive teams in Nepean  are asked to wear the Stormtech warm up suit to help promote our philosophy of a “united” Ringette Association.

The NRA Clothing Policy applies to newly purchased clothing by individuals and teams effective September 12, 2007.

The NRA will review the Clothing Policy during the 2009/2010 season and make the necessary  clothing and service changes based on recommendations from players and parents for the 2010/2011 ringette season.

The NRA plans to use the Stormtech warm up suit for at least 3 seasons and changes will be considered and reviewed during the 2009/2010 ringette season.

The NRA will allow the use of the Nepean logo only on clothing purchased by the Barrhaven Source for Sports, effective September 12, 2007.

The Nepean logo will be placed on the front, left side, of the new Stormtech warm up suit.

On the back of the jacket the word “Nepean” will be embroidered in royal blue and white twill lettering with Ringette embroidered in white underneath Nepean.

Name and number will be allowed on the jacket, embroidered in white cursive on the collar, or bottom of the jacket under the right front pocket along the waistband, or anywhere on the pants.

Player level and division may be added on a bar and sewn on the sleeve of the jacket.

All team sponsors must be placed on a name bar and stitched onto the arm of the jacket only.

The NRA hopes that all teams in Nepean will  be wearing our
unified warm up suits.
