Team Finances Policy

Applicability

This policy applies to all Nepean Ringette Association teams.

Policy

All NRA teams are required to submit a copy of the team budget as approved by the team Parents (or players for Open teams) to the NRA Executive no later than 31-Oct-2011 of the current playing season.

All NRA teams are also requried to submit to the NRA Executive a summary of actual team fees, revenue, expenditures and the dispersement of any residudual bank account balance. This should be submitted as soon as possible after the team's affairs are wound down.

Notes

Due to the timeframe of the introduction of this policy, the requirement to submit a team budget is waived for the 2010/2011 season. The requirement to submit a year-end summary still applies to 2010/2011 teams.
