22nd Annual Ringette Tournament

November 19-22, 2009
Nepean Ringette Association (NRA) is
pleased to invite you to its 22nd
Annual Invitational Tournament scheduled for November 19-22, 2009.
Nepean intends to field every division from Novice to Open.
With the exception of Novice, the NRA Tournament is a
"Female Only" sanctioned event.
(U-16) Junior and (U-19) Belle AA: 20 minute periods, 4 game guarantee - $750
(U-12) Petite Provincial, (U-14) Tween A, (U-14) Tween AA, (U-16) Junior A,(U-19) Belle A, (18+) Open A: 15 minute periods, 4 game guarantee - $675
All B, C and Rec Divisions: 15 minute periods, 3 game guarantee - $500
REGISTRATION
Registration forms and cheques must be received as soon as possible, as registration will close on October 8. Please send TRF's by November 1st. Cheques should be made payable to "Nepean Ringette Association". Send TRF, form and fee c/o the coordinates as listed below. Teams will be advised of acceptance by Oct. 16, 2009 and there will be no refund for teams withdrawing after this date.
RULES
Ringette Canada and O.R.A. Sanctioned Tournament Rules will be enforced. One exception is that there will be no overtime during round robin play.
Complete rules will be made available with the tournament package.
The shot clock will be used in all AA, A, B and (U-12) Petite Provincial games. Games may begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday November 20th, 2009. We will try and schedule local teams for these early Friday games. Any Thursday night games will be played by local teams. Please be prepared to play when scheduled.
Please be advised that the home team for each game will be requested to provide a scorekeeper.
Air or mechanically assisted horns are not permitted at any of the facilities.
