Nepean U19A Capture Provincial Gold in Thrilling Overtime Victory

The Nepean Ravens U19A team capped off a remarkable season with a storybook finish, claiming gold at the provincial championships after an undefeated run of 7 games that showcased resilience, teamwork, and heart.

From the outset of the tournament, Nepean proved they were contenders. Game after game, they demonstrated a balance of offensive creativity, defensive discipline, and unwavering composure under pressure. Despite dealing with injuries, tough matchups, and the weight of expectation, the team never gave up.

Nepean entered the final undefeated—an impressive feat on its own—but facing off against hometown rival CORA for the Gold medal game delivered the most challenging game of their tournament, a game which required overtime to deliver the dramatic golden goal to decide the tournament.  A fitting end to an amazing season.
